No Returns on Digital Products

If you have purchased digital products (such as e-books, music, software, templates, courses, etc.), these cannot be returned. Once you have downloaded the product or gained access to the content, you lose your right of cancellation. This is due to the nature of digital products, for which the right of withdrawal does not apply according to EU law (Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive).

Exception: Defective or Non-Working Digital Content

If the digital product you purchased does not work as promised or shows technical issues preventing its use, please contact us at vintagevaultbe06@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or a refund.

Right of Withdrawal and Consent for Immediate Delivery

By purchasing digital products, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the product. By completing the checkout, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal, as described in European law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
